Long before her name became synonymous with impressionistic light and color, Evelyne Boren was making history in front of the lens. Born in Munich, Germany, her life reads like an adventure novel. Before picking up a paintbrush full-time, she worked as an underwater stunt double in iconic James Bond films like Thunderball and You Only Live Twice, trained dolphins for Flipper, and made international history as the first woman to swim with a killer whale on film.

It was during a filming location in the Bahamas in 1962 that the turning point occurred. Enraptured by the lush colors and dazzling sunlight dancing on the ocean, Evelyne felt a profound calling to capture the beauty of the natural world on canvas. That moment sparked a dedicated artistic journey that now spans over six decades and more than 4,000 original paintings in private and corporate collections worldwide.
